Every suppressor we build is warranted against manufacturer defects for the lifetime of the original owner. If we got something wrong, we fix it.

Damage you cause is a different story, but it usually isn’t the end of the can. We stock replacement parts here in Phoenix and turn repairs around quickly.

Aftermarket modifications that change the original configuration void the warranty. We aren’t liable for damage or injury from firing a firearm with one of our suppressors attached.

Some of our cans are user serviceable and some are sealed; the specifications on each product page say which. If you aren’t confident taking one apart and putting it back together, take it to a qualified armorer.

We take Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, plus ACH bank transfer, at checkout.

Lead times move with the build queue. We’ll give you a current estimate when you order.

We can refuse or cancel an order, even one you’ve already paid for, if a listed price or spec was wrong, we’re out of stock, or something about it looks fraudulent. If we cancel a paid order, you get a full refund.

Accessories and apparel ship within 72 hours of your order going out, straight to the address you provide.

Suppressors ship to an FFL that holds an SOT, once the ATF approves the Form 3 transfer to your dealer. Most transfers clear within 24 hours.

Shipping is not included in our prices. Suppressors ship UPS Ground and insured unless you arrange something else with us first. Ask for an estimate on any order or custom build.

You can cancel a suppressor order for a 10% fee any time before we submit your ATF paperwork. Once it is filed the sale is final, because the transfer is already moving through the ATF in your name.

No returns on serialized items after that point. Unused non-serialized items in their original packaging can come back for store credit if you contact us within 30 days of delivery. Our returns page has the detail, including how we handle anything that shows up damaged.

We comply with all local, state, and federal laws on the sale of suppressors and accessories.

By ordering a suppressor, you’re telling us you can legally own one where you live and that nothing in your background disqualifies you under federal or state law. If that’s not true, don’t order.

Buying a suppressor is not the same as owning one. What you buy from us is the suppressor and our work getting it to your dealer. Whether you take it home is up to the ATF, which has to approve your Form 4 first, and that call is theirs and not ours. If they deny you, you do not take possession, whatever you paid. Contact us if that happens.

By using this site you agree to the laws that apply to you. Knowing what is legal where you live is your responsibility. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use this site.

Suppressors and firearms carry real risk. Outside of the warranty above, we aren’t liable for indirect or incidental damages from using our products, including lost profits, as far as the law allows us to limit that.

If we’re found liable for something anyway, the most you can recover from us is what you paid for the item in question.

Everything on this site, our design, photos, product names, and the Thermal Suppressors mark, belongs to us or our licensors. Ask before you reuse any of it.

These terms are governed by Arizona law. Any dispute that can’t get worked out directly gets resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.

We can update these terms at any time. Changes take effect once they’re posted here. Keep using the site after that and you’ve accepted them.
