Returns & refunds.

You can cancel a suppressor order any time before we submit your ATF transfer paperwork, for a 10% fee to cover processing already done.

Once we submit that paperwork, the sale is final. Federal transfer rules make returning a serialized item impractical once it enters the system, so we do not accept returns or cancellations past that point. If something is wrong with the product itself, that is a warranty matter and we handle it; see the warranty section of our terms.

Non-serialized items that are unused and in their original packaging can come back for store credit. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to start the return.

Email or call us first so we can authorize the return and give you the address. Returns that show up without authorization sit in limbo, and nobody wants that. You cover return shipping unless the return is our mistake.

We inspect the item when it arrives and issue store credit within 5 business days. Items that come back used, damaged, or missing packaging may be refused or credited at a reduced amount.

If we shipped the wrong thing or it arrived damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we make it right at our expense. Keep the packaging; the carrier may want to see it.
