Privacy policy.

When you place an order we collect what the order needs: your name, email, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, and the items you bought. For a suppressor we also collect the dealer you name to receive the transfer. If you create an account, we store the same details with your login.

If you apply to become a dealer, we collect what the application asks for, including your business details and phone number. If you email or call us, we keep that correspondence.

We run no advertising pixels and no third party analytics. The cookies we set are functional: your cart, your sign-in, your region, and the 21+ confirmation you give at the door.

Product pages that feature an Instagram or TikTok clip load it from Instagram or TikTok, which means those companies can set their own cookies and see that your browser loaded it. YouTube videos load nothing until you press play. Blocking third party cookies in your browser stops all of it without breaking the store.

Because we do not track you across other sites, Do Not Track signals have no effect here. The embeds above are the exception, and they are the reason we mention them.

Card and bank details are entered in hosted payment fields served by NMI, our payment processor. Those numbers go straight to NMI and never touch our servers. We receive a confirmation of the charge, not your card or account number.

We share order information with the people it takes to complete your order: NMI for payment, UPS for delivery, and, for suppressors, the dealer receiving your transfer. Behind that, the vendors that host this site and run our store database process data on our behalf and do not get to use it for anything else.

Federal law requires records for suppressor transfers, and we keep and produce those records as the law demands. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

The ATF paperwork for your transfer. Your fingerprints, your photo, and your background check go to your dealer and to the ATF on the Form 4, not to us, and your dealer keeps that record under federal law. We file the Form 3 that moves the suppressor to them and we keep our own side of the transfer record. None of the Form 4 material is collected through this website.

We keep order and transfer records as long as federal and state law requires. Everything else we keep only while it is useful for serving you, then we get rid of it.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete anything the law does not require us to keep. Depending on your state, you may have additional privacy rights; email us and we will honor what applies. We do not run a marketing list, so there is nothing to unsubscribe from.

This site sells regulated products. You confirm you are 21 or older to enter it, and federal law requires you to be 21 to buy a suppressor. We do not knowingly collect anything from a minor.
